# Indoor5.0 RFID Child Tracking Pricing

## Pricing model

Indoor5.0 does not publish fixed package prices. Each project receives a facility-specific written proposal based on the operational and technical scope required.

## Factors that shape a proposal

- **Wristbands and concurrent child capacity**: The number of children tracked at the same time shapes wristband inventory and system capacity.
- **Zones and exit points**: Rooms, play areas, pool surroundings, gardens, and doors shape the reader and sensor plan.
- **Number of locations**: Management, reporting, and user scope are planned differently for single-site and multi-location operators.
- **Integrations**: PMS, ERP, access control, registration systems, and existing check-in systems can be included in the scope.
- **Installation and support**: On-site installation, configuration, staff training, and ongoing support are scoped around the project requirements.

## Proposal contents

A proposal identifies the relevant hardware, installation and configuration, software scope, integrations, training, and support. Any one-time and recurring cost items are identified clearly before a decision is made.

## Quote process

1. Share the venue type, number of locations, estimated child capacity, and core requirements.
2. Review exits, tracking zones, and integration requirements with the Indoor5.0 team.
3. Receive a written proposal covering scope, cost items, and a launch plan.
